Job Description

• A physically demanding job that includes, but not limited to lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, sometimes climbing up and down steps, repetitive movements with legs and arms.


• Carpet cleaning that may include spot and stain removals, treatment and protection


• Tile and Grout cleaning, treatment and sealing


• Use of machinery and tools to complete assigned jobs


• Proper record keeping through the use of company mobile device for communication with office, to receive new job information and to enter completed job particulars


• Operate a company vehicle


• Must be punctual to appointments and pass proper inspection of completed jobs


• Participation in continued training to improve skills


• Punctuality is a must


• Honesty is a must.
